Since 1988, Safety West has worked hard to accommodate the short leadtimes driven by Alberta’s economic growth. Recognizing the need to provide our clients with custom signage sooner than our suppliers could deliver, we purchased the necessary equipment to manufacture them ourselves.
Today, Safety West has over 56,000 signs & decals in our inventory as well as a dedicated staff ready to design and fabricate what you require. That single thermal printer has since been retired, replaced by three next-generation machines. In addition, we run a large format UV printer and have recently added a 54” solvent printer for vehicle wraps & other specialty work.
“Not just Safety signs”, means that these three different printing technologies allow us to print on a variety of materials to meet your needs. Not only can we print what you want, we can add your company logo to hard hats, tags, lockout boards and other popular items.

We carry a large stock of standard OSHA 10”x14” safety signs in our inventory. These are manufactured in-house on a premium outdoor vinyl and can be mounted on styrene, Di-bond or aluminum as dictated by your requirements.

CSA / ANSI Safety Signs

Manufactured to meet OSHA, CSA and ANSI standards, our Fire Alert signage can be ordered in both white & photoluminescent versions.
Tags & Lockout Products
Prevent accidents by clearly identifying the hazard or locking out the equipment. Our custom tags are available in styrene, Tyvek or polyester as required. Lockout boards, tag centres & supporting documents can be customized for your specific needs.
Placards & Shipping labels
Make sure your shipment is labeled correctly. We stock the more popular ones in vinyl, styrene & aluminum but will custom make any 4 digit placards you require.
Fleet Identification
Where bison once roamed the plains, white pickup trucks now rule. Make sure your vehicles stand out from the herd by adding your corporate logo & identification. We have custom fleet graphics packages for as low as $169.
Private Branding
