In 1988, Safety West Inc. was formed in Edmonton, Alberta to distribute Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and consumable safety products and services to all types of industry. Since our beginnings we have expanded to also serve the safety needs of the individual in the workplace as well as safety in the home and safety in recreation.
The extensive product knowledge of our staff and our ability to satisfy our customers’ special needs has made us a valued member of the customer/supplier team. Whether it be exporting products to large mining operations around the globe, or into the high arctic, or to local end users, Safety West provides quality service and quality products. No matter how small or how large the requirements, we take pride in our customer service. The customers’ needs and satisfaction are (and have always been) our priority. Specialized safety requirements are addressed in close consultation with the customers and in many cases entirely new products have been designed.
